STAFF CADETS:

All staff cadets must have attained the rank of Petty Officer Third Class, completed POLA, and be 15 years old. Do not register as a staff cadet until approved by the COTC. Contact the COTC for information. Staff cadets should follow the below as well.

PROGRAM NOTES:

All attending are required to submit their complete NSCTNG001, base access form, and base release form. If taking medications during the training, a medical supplement form is also required. All documentation should be mailed along with money order.

LODGING NOTES:

All attending must bring two flat white sheets, a white pillowcase, and a blanket (dark, solid color). No pillow needed.

​

TRAVEL NOTES:

Each person that desires base access must fill out the base access form by 05 July - this includes their full name with middle initial, driver's license number and state, and date of birth. You will not be allowed on the base without completing this form.
